Indications

Administration

For prevention: Use 30g to 25

litres of drinking water (240mg
Amprolium per litre) for 24 hours
every fourth day during periods of
likely infection. This action helps control the coccidia by interrupting the lifecycle and encourages immunity to develop.
For treatment: Use 30g to 25 litres of drinking water (240mg Amprolium per litre) continuously for 5-7 days, reduce this to 15g to 25 litres for a further 5-7 days, then to 8g to 25 litres for another 5-7 days. This gradual reduction in the level of treatment assists birds to develop
immunity while maintaining some
level of protection.
